About FlipRadar
FlipRadar is a small, independent site with free calculators and guides for people who buy, renovate and resell houses.
What it does
The calculators cover the core numbers of a flip: after-repair value from sold comps, the 70% rule maximum offer, rehab costs, flip profit, hard money loan costs and BRRRR. Each one shows the formula it uses. The guides explain the reasoning behind those numbers and where they break down.
How the numbers work
- Every result is calculated only from the inputs you enter. The default values are placeholders for you to replace.
- Nothing you type into a calculator is saved to an account.
- Rules of thumb like the 70% rule are screening tools, not guarantees. The guides say when they tend to fail.
What it is not
- Not an appraisal, a broker price opinion or a loan offer.
- Not legal, tax or financial advice. Rules and costs vary by state, county and lender.
